cancellation policy

Our Cancellation Policy at the Salon is simple - we kindly ask that you provide us with at least two hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without having contacted us to advise, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another day. We understand that there may be special circumstances, so please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs. If you are late or do not show up for your appointment more than three times in a row without letting us know, we may require a deposit to secure your next appointment.
